Por favor antes de realizar tu compra, te invito a leer detenidamente los términos y condiciones para asegurar una experiencia satisfactoria.
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
- DEFINICIONES
Cliente: Se refiere a la persona física o jurídica que realiza la compra de la ilustración digital.
Artista: Hace referencia al creador de la ilustración digital.
Ilustración Digital: Es el arte visual creado por el Artista y adquirido por el Cliente en formato DIGITAL.
Firma del Artista: Es la marca distintiva del Artista que se incorpora a la Ilustración Digital como parte integral de la obra.
- DEFINITIONS
Customer: Refers to the individual or legal entity making the purchase of the digital illustration. Artist: Refers to the creator of the digital illustration. Digital Illustration: The visual art created by the Artist and acquired by the Customer in DIGITAL format. Artist's Signature: The distinctive mark of the Artist incorporated into the Digital Illustration as an integral part of the work.
2. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
El Artista conserva todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre la Ilustración Digital, incluidos los derechos de autor y cualquier derecho moral.
El Cliente adquiere el derecho de uso personal de la Ilustración Digital una vez que se completa la compra, sin embargo, no adquiere ningún derecho sobre la Firma del Artista.
La Firma del Artista no puede ser eliminada, alterada o modificada de ninguna manera sin el consentimiento expreso del Artista.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Artist retains all intellectual property rights over the Digital Illustration, including copyright and any moral rights. The Customer acquires the right of personal use of the Digital Illustration upon completion of the purchase; however, they do not acquire any rights over the Artist's Signature. The Artist's Signature cannot be removed, altered, or modified in any way without the express consent of the Artist.

3. USO DE LA ILUSTRACIÓN DIGITAL
La Ilustración Digital se proporciona únicamente para uso personal del Cliente y no puede ser utilizada con fines comerciales sin el consentimiento expreso del Artista.
El Cliente no puede revender, redistribuir, reproducir ni modificar la Ilustración Digital sin el permiso previo por escrito del Artista.
En caso de querer utilizar la ilustración con fines comerciales, se aplicará un cargo extra o se requerirá otorgar créditos y regalías.
En caso de publicar la ilustración, deberás proporcionar créditos al artista.
Toda ilustración digital será publicada en las redes sociales del Artista, si no deseas que tu dibujo sea publicado o etiquetado, por favor avísanos antes de comenzar el proceso de creación.
3. USE OF THE DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION
The Digital Illustration is provided solely for the Customer's personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes without the express consent of the Artist. The Customer may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or modify the Digital Illustration without the prior written permission of the Artist. If the illustration is to be used for commercial purposes, an additional fee will apply or credits and royalties will be required. If you publish the illustration, you must provide credits to the artist. All digital illustrations will be posted on the Artist's social media channels; if you do not wish for your drawing to be posted or tagged, please let us know before starting the creation process.
4. PLAZOS DE ENTREGA
La entrega de la Ilustración Digital se realizará en el formato acordado entre el Cliente y el Artista, generalmente en formato de archivo digital de alta resolución.
El tiempo de entrega será de 5 días a 1 mes, todo depende de la complejidad de la ilustración.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
The Digital Illustration will be delivered in the agreed-upon format between the Customer and the Artist, typically in high-resolution digital file format. The delivery time will range from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the complexity of the illustration.

5. TARIFAS Y PAGOS
El Cliente se compromete a pagar la tarifa acordada por la Ilustración Digital según lo establecido por el Artista.
Cualquier elemento adicional solicitado estará sujeto a un aumento de precio.
Todos los pagos se realizarán en dólares estadounidenses, o en soles peruanos si resides en Perú.
El pago se divide en dos partes: el 50% al realizar el pedido y el 50% restante al comenzar el boceto.
Tras realizar el primer pago, tienes cinco días para pagar el otro 50% y podré empezar con el proceso de creación.
5. RATES AND PAYMENTS
The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the Digital Illustration as established by the Artist. Any additional elements requested will be subject to an increase in price. All payments will be made in US dollars, or in Peruvian soles if you reside in Peru. Payment is divided into two parts: 50% upon placing the order and the remaining 50% upon commencement of the sketch. After making the first payment, you have five days to pay the remaining 50%, and I will be able to start the creation process.
6. CANCELACIÓN Y REEMBOLSOS
Puedes cancelar tu pedido en cualquier momento antes de que se inicie la creación del dibujo, y se procesará un reembolso completo.
Una vez enviado el boceto inicial, no se ofrecerán reembolsos en caso de cancelación.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You can cancel your order at any time before the drawing creation process begins, and a full refund will be processed. Once the initial sketch has been submitted, no refunds will be offered in case of cancellation.

7. ENTREGA DE SKETCH Y MODIFICACIONES
Se entregará un boceto inicial para su revisión y se permitirán cambios. Sin embargo, cualquier modificación adicional después de la entrega del boceto inicial implicará un costo adicional.
Las modificaciones mayores pueden estar sujetas a tarifas adicionales, dependiendo de la complejidad de los cambios solicitados.
7. DELIVERY OF SKETCH AND MODIFICATIONS
An initial sketch will be delivered for your review, and changes will be allowed. However, any additional modifications after the delivery of the initial sketch will incur an additional cost. Major modifications may be subject to additional fees, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
8. REFERENCIAS
Se requieren referencias, imágenes o ideas detalladas para comprender el concepto y evitar inconvenientes durante el proceso creativo.

9. CONDICIONES DE ENVÍO Y FORMATO
Solo se venderán ilustraciones en formato digitaL.
Los archivos editables no estarán disponibles bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Only digital format illustrations will be sold. Editable files will not be available under any circumstances.

Podemos enviar adelantos no solicitados en caso de necesitar aclaraciones o realizar pequeños cambios.
Nos reservamos el derecho de declinar un pedido si consideramos que no podemos cumplir con tus expectativas o nos sentimos incómodos con la solicitud.
10. COMMUNICATION AND CLARIFICATIONS
We may send unsolicited previews if clarification is needed or minor changes are required. We reserve the right to decline an order if we believe we cannot meet your expectations or feel uncomfortable with the request.
